When you join the founding list, Edgeboard collects the email address you provide, your preferred plan, timestamps, and basic request information needed to operate and protect the service. If paid access launches, the payment provider will process billing details under its own privacy terms; Edgeboard should not store full card numbers.

Information is used to manage the launch list, communicate product and membership updates, operate the service, prevent abuse, understand product demand, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that help host, secure, analyze, email, or bill for Edgeboard, and when required by law. Personal information is not sold.
Retention and security
Launch-list information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link included in those messages. Before launch, a verified privacy contact and process for access, correction, or deletion requests should be added based on the laws that apply to the operating business and its customers.
Children
Edgeboard is not directed to children or anyone below the legal age for sports wagering in their location.
Changes
This notice may be updated as Edgeboard's services and legal obligations change. Material changes should be communicated through the product or by email.
