When you sign in, Edgeboard receives your ChatGPT account identifier and email address so it can link access to your membership. When you start or manage a membership, Stripe processes information such as your name, email address, billing details, payment method, subscription status, and transaction history under Stripe's privacy terms. Edgeboard stores only the membership identifiers and status needed to control access; it does not store your full card number. Edgeboard may also receive basic request and device information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and manage memberships, communicate service and billing updates, operate the service, prevent abuse, understand product demand, and comply with legal obligations.
Site activity
We record page views, membership-page views, and checkout clicks to understand product demand. Records contain the page path, permitted plan choice, referrer hostname, event time, and a daily anonymous hash derived from a random browser-tab identifier. This tracking does not store your IP address, account email, or payment information. Other query parameters and referrer paths are discarded. The random identifier is kept in browser session storage. Browsers requesting Do Not Track are excluded. Activity counts may include repeat visits and automated activity and are not verified counts of individual people.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that help host, secure, analyze, email, or bill for Edgeboard, and when required by law. Personal information is not sold.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including transaction, security, and legal recordkeeping. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can use the Stripe customer portal linked from the Edgeboard website to update billing information, view invoices, and cancel a membership. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link included in those messages.
Children
Edgeboard is not directed to children or anyone below the legal age for sports wagering in their location.
Changes
This notice may be updated as Edgeboard's services and legal obligations change. Material changes should be communicated through the product or by email.
